Flexible when time off is needed. Understands that things happen and the current manager understands that family is first.
Cons
They do not value you as an employee. They do not make you feel as though you are an important piece to their success. The health insurance is horrible and the 401K is a joke. They do not give raises until you are going to leave or you ask for one. You are given 1 week vacation at your average, however, it caps at $1000.00. They praise managers, service writers and front office employees but what about those that bust their butts to make sure that the car is completed and delivered in pristine condition. If you are good at what you do, you are always having to fix other co-workers train wrecks and returns.
