Pros
As long as the contract is active, you'll have a job and you'll be compensated.
Cons
If the contract ends within a company, you are screwed. The management will pretend to care about you but they don't. Very unprofessional. I was laid off with only ONE day of notice. I haven't heard anything from Classic since. They only care about their money.
