Pros

Diverse and Fun Projects: The variety of projects keeps work exciting and engaging. There's always something new and interesting to work on. Hybrid Work Schedule: The flexibility to work both remotely and in the office provides a great work-life balance. Free Lunches: The company offers free lunches, which is a nice perk. Great Benefits: The benefits package in terms of medical/401k etc. is above average compared to most other companies I've worked at. Supportive Team: The people here are fantastic to work with. Everyone is supportive and collaborative, making it a positive and productive environment. Continuous Learning: There's a strong emphasis on learning and development, with plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.

Cons

Resource Constraints: As a small company, we're often challenged for resources and bandwidth. There are many exciting projects, but not always enough time or people to tackle them all.

Pros

The people are some of the most easy going and friendliest I've worked with. The company values everyones ideas and contributions. Great perks - free lunches, snacks, quarterly catered events, hybrid work from home. Great benefits package. Generally work / life balance is fantastic with a few hard deadlines at times. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

It's a relatively old tech company, which for stability, speaks volumes - classmates has one of the highest average tenures for a tech company. However, being older means there are a lot of legacy tech stacks to juggle / deprecate / support - making it hard to catch up with the times. That said, in the last few years, large strides towards a modern tech stack have been made.
