Pros
Flexible. They give many options of various class times. You just need to be fast and reply to the emails within a minute or so to get it. I appreciate how they give so many options (sometimes more than 10 a day), so it has been really easy for me to get classes. It is true that they send the emails at different times of the day, but as someone who is constantly moving around different time zones, this is really helpful. If I an unable to grab classes because they sent the email at an hour I am asleep, I know I can just wait several more hours and they will send another email with more class options! Also, HR replies to emails very fast and is very helpful!
Cons
Promotions are based on your overall rating from parents/students. Sometimes parents give really harsh ratings - a parent who told me she really liked my teaching ended up gave me a 3/5 (even though the comment was all positive). I needed t keep up a rating over 4.8 to get a promotion, but this dropped my rate to a 4.6. It is really hard to get ratings - usually, the parents don't leave ratings even when I remind them...
