      You can clean your car for free

      Cons

      Everything else. Owner treats some customers like gold while others are beneath him. Some employees can do anything they want while others are held to ridiculous standards. Managers "too busy" to address valid customer service issues. Different departments held to different standards. Very slipshod while they view themselves as top notch. So disappointing.

      Pros

      Tips are good during busy season, you usually can get a day off if needed, you get praise if you go above and beyond.

      Cons

      This is a job for high schoolers and college students, you will be around kids all day. You wont get promoted unless you're close with the owners and have worked there a long time. High school drama and picking up the slack of others because you work as a team.
