Pros
The people are amazing. The leadership/"bosses" are amazing. Everyone has such different personalities and a way of doing things, but somehow it all meshes really well and we do some awesome things around here. Great PTO package and more importantly, its easy to take time off. No hassle! Love the health insurance package! Low monthly premium AND they contribute to your HSA every month! Thats been such a great help. Also, its a widely "in- network" insurance company, so being able to chose where I want to go is amazing! Oh. Best part of course is the flexibility they allow. Work from home when you need to/want to, come to the office when you need to/want to. We have a lot of strictly remote workers (and adding more) so I believe the leaders and employees have learned to adapt to a new way of "keeping the togetherness" even with remote workers.
Cons
Hiring process was a bit tedious, but I think there have been adjustments made so it doesnt take so long nor have to have near as many interviews. As mentioned in other reviews, no company match 401K, but honestly, thats the least of my concern. The pro's far out weigh that "con" for me.
