If you're not in St. Louis or Phoenix, the culture is a pretty mixed bag. The Chicago office is very outdated and dingy, and the free lunch offered through a catering company is terrible. You visit the St. Louis office and it's essentially a corporate palace with private chefs, and Phoenix has a golf simulator. Chicago is technically the HQ but you wouldn't guess it when you walk off the elevator. They also LOVE to be in the office 4-5 days a week, which wouldn't be so bad if the space wasn't so depressing.
