      Pros

      Pay is very generous for a cleaning job. Hours are flexible. Weekends off no matter what. Change of scenery every day. Amazing coworkers and management. Mileage and parking reimbursement.

      Cons

      Commuting is really my only complaint, but depending on what part of Portland you live in it’s not a huge issue. In addition, there is no health care options as of now.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, get paid weekly and they provide all the supplies

      Cons

      They don’t always provide enough time to get cleans done especially for first time and move in/out cleans. A lot of driving and wear and tear on your car. Getting your schedule only the night before and last minute changes to your schedule. No way to move up in the company.
