Unprofessionalism - Assembly Line Worker Clean Control Employee Review

A lot of responsibility comes with your job due to the small business nature of this company. There will never be dry spells due to how busy you will always be. There are a lot of friendly people to work with as most of the people who work there have been there for 15-20+ years. You work with all of the departments in the business regardless what your title is, so you get to experience the different ways the company functions. There is a lot of flexibility in your work.

There is a lot of favoritism and judgement here since people have worked here for so long and are awkward towards newcomers. There is a warehouse division that has no heat in the winter and no A/C in the summer. The rest of the company has both heat and A/C to make workers comfortable, which I don't believe is entirely fair.
