      -Flexible hours and unlimited PTO -Good learning experience for young professionals early in their career -Amazing coworkers

      Cons

      -Little to no opportunity for advancement within the agency -Promotions without pay -Emphasis on the crayon wall values while leadership practices the opposite -Leadership unaware of lack of morale stemming from the top down -Lay offs occurred frequently -Priorities don't seem to be aligned with what they should be

      Great team to work with, get to see some cool shoes and since its a startup you get to be heard.

      Cons

      Space is a bit limited but hopefully we are moving soon!

      Clean provides a very welcoming environment for new designers getting into the industry. They provided many opportunities for me to work on real client projects.
