Pros
If you are just our of school, this company may be a good start for the first 2 year. Don't stay here for too long. It is a big company so that you could learn things quickly.
Cons
*No Bonus and No RAISE!!!! Performance review is useless. Unless you get promoted or internal transfer, they don't give you a raise at all! I've never seen a company like this! I guess company just don't care how employee perform since they don't have any raise anyway. *Benefit is bad. Healthcare is so expensive and you have to pay everything by yourself. The worst part is that they try to increase employee's contribution by adding a annoyed program which you need to log a website and finishing a lot of tasks on that website so that you could get a discount each quarter. *No Diversity. Since they opened Pune Office in India, they outsourced a lot of people to India. In headquarter, you barely see woman in leadership team and no diversity at all in headquarter. * No Work-life-balance. My team is extremely busy and no down time at all. With high work volume, team refused to add more people to the team. I worked overtime a lot without any bonus or raise. *Vacation only for 2 week. National Holiday only have 10 days which is sucks. *No WFH policy. During COVID, CEO even ask everyone to sit in office. He didn't believe people could work from home which is ridiculous. In 2021, CEO asked everyone to go back to office even you are tested positive COVID. What a mess.... *No clear career path. Promotion is not fair. They promoted a analyst to be a Director within 1 years. And I don't believe she deserved this promotion. I also knew a really good director working for CHES for 10 years and they didn't offer her VP role. No fairness when it comes to Promotion at this company.
