Pros
You’ll feel like the smartest person alive.
Cons
You work with inadequate employees who don’t obtain enough information from customers, so you show up on job sites with half of the equipment needed, and if you happen to provide your own, it gets broken. They promise all these hours, and overtime, but magically have no work when Friday comes along after you’ve put in a measly 3 hours of overtime working like a dog for 4 days. This is an on-call position where you put in 12 hour days only to leave and get called back in to clean up a paint spill. No one is competent. This is a billion dollar corporation paying people pennies to sleep in their vehicles, while we have to scrape chemicals from tanks with plastic cups we used at lunch. The training is laughable. There is nowhere to move in this company unless you can afford to be paid like a grunt for a year with zero hands on training. This is not a company that cares about you or your well-being.
