Not as Advertised - Contractor Clean POV Employee Review

Easy money, but that's the only pro I can think of

The owner claims she is flexible with your schedule, however, it has been proven many times that she is not. When an "employee" calls in sick they risk losing their job. Everyone is a contractor so she can save money, however, everything points to them being employees. She is unaware of the law regarding this. Makes her weekly newsletters about herself rather than her company. Talks negatively about certain employees to other employees. Has unrealistic expectations for cleaners to get from one end of the city to another to complete jobs. Very unprofessional when a complaint is made against her, instead of taking the criticism lightly and looking to make herself better she goes into defence mode. Honestly, the list goes on, if you don't want someone talking poorly about you once you quit and potentially ruining any future chances you have at cleaning then don't work for Clean POV.

Our systems and procedures are in place to provide amazing opportunities and flexible work to those who respect and adhere to all. These reviews placed against my company are from all ex. subcontractors who were fired from providing services within. We will also add that all of these individuals have signed confidentiality and non- disclosure documents and sharing internal operations is a breach in contract. Our legal team has been informed of all reviews. As for the costs and rental fees charged to Sub-contractors it is because the owner has bought everything anyone who works within the company everything they need to do their work and earn income through client contracts. Each investment is over $700. for each person as they start with nothing and in most cased have no money to invest in getting their own items to perform the work. We fully train all and provide the work they need on a part time basis - this is not full time work and nor was that ever communicated to anyone hired to work in Clean POV. Many of these reviews are from those who violated polices and procedures and were let go. For any feedback or infromation pertaining please feel free to contact ( legal team ) We also would like to outline that in a service trades company jobs are postponed, changes, logistics for work that needs to be figured out and travel was properly communicated to all. The work is all over the Ottawa and Surrounding City and occur between the hours of 9 to 5 and Monday to Saturday. We have openly communicated to all. Terms and conditions- for all subcontractors is they will provide all gas and mileage as they being self- employed can keep track and write off on their own company as needed and Clean POV outlined such at the beginning of work within. Our legal policies and procedures outline all work and expectations within. We also openly communication prior and post all cleaning, we have personnel who follow up with each clients and have on going communication with all clients and we always ask for 5 points of feedback to provide regular reviews to all contractors working within Clean POV. In a few cases some of those posting reviews here against the company never even opened or acknowledged her review and became argumentative and challenging of all operations. We have a zero police for aggression, harassment and intimidation or insubordination to home office which results in immediate dismissal. Failure to comply with responsibilities under the contract and follow through to work agreed will also and has resulted in dismissal. We work hard to protect safety and security of our company and will maintain such as we see fit.
