Cons
Contestant moving target of goals. Terrible communication both up and down. You never know if you are being told the right thing or not till you get caught doing what you were told to do. Unfair review practices. Bonuses / stock options are tied to review scores but every department is rated differently with some setup with only the ability to drop below the bonus threshold and being told up front you can't go above the baseline score. Poor coverage means lots of overtime and having teams reduced in size and those who stay employed just get stuck with more hours. Interviews will talk to position you are seeking up only for you to find out there is nowhere else to go but where you are. Some departments don't qualify for paid holidays and instead get only time and a half when working the days others are off. essentially meaning you get 4 hours of pay more than if you could stay home. Growing so fast that getting miners online means more than any communication or work / life balance.
