Many of our team members — over half of whom have been with us more than five years and over a third for more than a decade — share that they stay because they feel valued, supported, and proud of the mission-driven work they do. Still, experiences can vary, and when someone feels they didn’t get the environment they hoped for, we take that seriously.
We’re continuing to strengthen training, leadership development, and cross-functional communication so every employee has a consistent experience of respect and partnership.
