- They help you grow as professional - They pay for courses and certifications if you pass the final exams. - They are aware and open with your personal regular needs (ie. time for your health dates) - They pay on time according with the agreement
Cons
- There's no bonus per year - Some people of their stuff are old school regarding to speaking loud to you to show who is your boss (This is related to two or three people only), and the others let them to keep doing that. - They give you space to work with your team to reach the company goals.
