Pros
You can make money if you rise up the tiers and stay there. You're realistically looking at 5+ months of grinding before you hit any decent commission.
Cons
You'll be asked to leave a 5 star review on glassdoor halfway through training, which is exactly why these reviews seem so good. The realist is different. 1. The lead sources arent good. 99% of people click on a link they are getting one thing, and you're selling another. So 99% of calls start off with overcoming extreme skepticism. 2. They have a tier system. A tier reps are the ones making money, but it can take quite a bit of time trudging through the sludge of bad leads to get there. 3. Keep your fingers crossed for a decent manager. 99% of them micromanage your entire day since their commission is tied to you selling deals. 4. Huge company with barely any social media presence or marketing. This company started before National Debt Relief and has absolutely name brand recognition. They could fix have their issues by allocating time on that. All in all, its not a terrible place to work, but these reviews are not a true representation of what this place is. Just beware.
