Clearpoint has helped me to grow as a person, helped me to understand what I am good at, helped me to progress in areas that I wanted to work on and has opened up a lot of opportunities for me. GREAT WORKING ENVIRONMENT- Owner can be a little tough at times, but always in ways that help you to succeed and learn. He takes care of his employees and always recognizes great work.

Every company has downfalls, but Clearpoint, Staff and President have worked cohesively to understand the wants and needs from one another in order to work as a team and grow. Mr. Braunstein is more than just a "boss" he goes above and beyond to make sure that his employees are taken care of in and outside of work. IF there is an issue , he is there to help. I love working here and hope to help this company to continue growing!

There is nothing good about working here.

Owner is a bully and verbally abusive. Negative work environment created negative attitudes in co-workers. Too much work with not enough compensation. The owner is very greedy and is constantly only thinking about money, spending it before he even receives it. Everything is always everyone else's fault. The owner cannot ever admit when he is wrong. Numerous civil lawsuits filed against the owner by former employees. Don't ever quit working here or you will not receive your last paycheck and will end up in court like the rest of them. Does not may employee's benefits or 401k payments on time allowing them to lapse numerous times. (illegal) Bouncing payroll taxes on a week to week basis, the list can go on and on...
