It's ok for beginner's; not for mature individuals. - Specialist ClearSource Employee Review

Pros

Not too hard work; ok atmosphere; fun co-workers; pay is adequate for what is commonly required.

Cons

For a mature person, WAY TOO much micromanaging; team leaders are nice about it, but too much. Too much pointing out what someone is doing wrong (the negative) and not about what the person is doing right. Training is incomplete: need a LOT more time to train people. This has caused a mass exodus of people leaving because WAY too much is expected without proper training. Training can be sloppy. Benefits take 4 months to kick in. Pay should be increased, or commensurate with education/experience level. Profit first; family last.

We've never had a "CEA Specialist" at ClearSource. Perhaps this review is for some other company? Nate

Pros

ClearSource is a company that lives up to is mission and core values, it's not just a poster on the wall in the break room. The leadership style has created a space to truly build relationships which allows us to be open and honest with each other. We are taught that clear is kind which allows us to dig deep into understanding our opportunities and the leaders help us strategically vs just stating to fix it or else. What keeps me at a company is the culture and ClearSource exceeds my expectations.

Cons

I can honestly say that I love my job.

Pros

Work from home, and you get to work with amazing clients.

Cons

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the leadership in our organization. Unfortunately, I’ve found the current leadership to be quite egotistical and lacking in essential communication skills. There seems to be an unreasonable expectation placed on team members without any constructive feedback. It’s as if we’re expected to read minds and deliver perfect results without any guidance. This creates a frustrating environment where it feels like success is not attainable. Additionally, my direct leader is very young and lacks the experience necessary for making informed decisions. There’s a noticeable gap in judgment, and I often find myself questioning the directions being given. It’s alarming how this lack of experience can lead to decisions that impact our team negatively. Trust is critical in any workplace, but I find it difficult to trust him. I have seen instances where he would throw team members under the bus to save himself, which is incredibly disheartening. The overall atmosphere feels toxic, and it’s affecting both morale and productivity. I hope that changes are made soon, as the current environment is not conducive to growth or success.
