+The warm, hospitable culture +The staff generally has a very helpful attitude. +The office environment has an open floor plan, encouraging one another to communicate and converse. +Work here is rewarding and stimulating. +Fair pay +/- You wear a lot of hats while working in this fairly small company; several of which aren't on the job description.
Cons
-Starting out here can be difficult as there is a lot of quirky things to the systems (software and business practices) in place. -You often have to "learn the hard way"; knowing what you don't know about how things operate within the hardwired perimeters can sometimes be discouraging. -Limited growth
