Avoid - Fund Analyst Clearstream Employee Review

This was the worst office culture I have ever experienced. For your own sake, please avoid this company. The salary is very low, and a broadly lazy and dysfunctional management do not behave professionally in the office. I find it very hard to believe this company has a rating of 3.9 and that the CEO has a rating of 71%. This was the most cartoonishly toxic environment I have ever stepped foot into, and the above average rating on Glassdoor was a part of my decision to work there. Clearly these ratings have been manipulated by managers working in the company.
