      -Relaxed, open, friendly culture -Casual dress code (jeans ok!) -Flexible hours -LOTS of vacation time. 3 weeks plus 5 floating holidays even as a new college grad. -Ability to work from home (most positions) -Benefits are competitive -New opportunities within the company Overall, employees are treated very well here.

      Cons

      -Pay is a tiny bit low (in my opinion) -Parking in downtown Spokane sucks
