Used to be a good place to work - Operations Clearwater Paper Employee Review

It used to be a good place to work. Benefits have gotten worse. Now it is too much corporate BS involved. Upper management turnover is a revolving door. New managers every year. Then they fire or push away the good people that care and do there job. Burnout is real because they over work the ones who want to work. You make one mistake and management turns on you quick. As soon as i find something similar in pay, i'm out of here. Corporate HR is a joke. I went to them with issues and nothing was done. They are too busy covering their own failures
