Worst place I have ever worked. - Salaried Employee Clearwater Paper Employee Review

Good old boys club. Promote people that have no business being in management. Knowingly under pay salaried employees because they know they "don't want to move". Racism is alive and well in management. Constant disrespect. HR is so bad that you would rather quit than try to solve issues. If employees knew what was said and done behind closed "salaried only" doors, that place wouldn't be running. The also just hired about 20 new senior management during a down period and intend to lay off employees to save money.
