Pros
Clearwell is a great place to work in terms of fostering professional growth and stretching to your maximum potential. The management team is strong and exceedingly capable. This comes out in company performance (Clearwell is profitable, growing rapidly, and winning impressive deals). But, it also shows up in the way employees are treated - professional growth is fostered, employees are able and encouraged to learn something new each week, employee innovation and creativity is encouraged, and managers provide continuous and helpful feedback - as well as the authority and responsibility to get the job done. Cons
The only con is really a pro as well - Clearwell is doing well that there is never a lull in activity or shortage in tasks, planning, projects etc - so there's always more work that you can be doing. Though that can be overwhelming for some, the type of employee who thrives under that atmosphere will find this a great place to continuously stretch yourself.
