Pros
Ability to work with a number of different teams with different backgrounds. Market Research team (Hall and Partners) was brilliant, provided a lot of guidance, and learning of a new trade.
Cons
Other rotations felt like being a glorified administrative assistant, very dated leadership culture, GRACosway had some poor middle managers in place to support the Graduates. However I believe they have now left the business.
