Pros
Used to be a great place to work. Has a rich history.
Cons
Nepotism is rampant. Glass ceiling for female employees. You may exceed your performance targets and your bonus awarded to someone else--although the processes exist, no meaningful HR performance management follow through. Strong top-down culture-they don't want to hear what you have to say. Poor morale. No team building activities. Don't care about leveraging employee strengths. Safety isn't really a core value. Not really sure why people still work there on purpose.
