-The people I worked with were exceptional and are the reason I stayed as long as I did

-Low pay for a lot of work. Now if you are looking to move up to full time positions the pay gets a little better and more worth it in my opinion. I personally was only working part-time, and if you plan on doing that, you can find a better job somewhere else. -High turnover in merchandising area led to a lot of pressure on those who stayed -Hours are not the greatest (but this is a tiny complaint compared to the above statements)

The company provided valuable training from outside sources. Good bonus structure. Accessibility of front office staff.

Long hours and expensive benefits take away from compensation.
