Pros
I only did a grad assisstantship there for a year, but it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot and had the opportunity to get a taste of what I would love to do as a career.
Cons
It is hard to get a permanent position unless you know someone in high places. Although it was discussed that this was a grad assisstantship and once I graduate I would no longer be "employed" there I wish they could have set it up for if you wanted to stay on you could.
