As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.

Students are great to work with. Fine when we are left alone to do our job. Pay is good for the field.

Leadership is constantly changing work environment. Disorganized chaos. Arrogance at high levels. Do not listen to employees.
