After 10+ years in the games industry this is one of the best places I've ever worked. Great projects, talented, caring, professional people and a respectful relaxed feeling of comeradery.

No tech animator but other than that nothning

- Bosses are really accommodating, do their best to help and support staff. Also constantly putting out helpful scripts/plugins to help the artists. - Super talented and passionate staff - Fulfilling projects - No crunch - employees are given tasks and are expected to take responsibility for their own use of time/meeting deadlines - The most important part - Amazing tea-making facilities

Sometimes lack of art direction / appropriate organisation of tasks can cause blockers or unnecessary extended iteration on assets. A producer/general art director would help a lot.
