The company culture is great! Co-workers are helpful and fun to be around. Great accommodations. The building is in a great location and the view from the office is fantastic! Being exposed to so many different projects makes you a lot more well rounded and constantly challenges you as a developer. Smaller teams allow you to be involved in more of the process for each project. There is an in-office break room with lots of company provided food, drinks, and treats.

Use Subversion for source control, but we're transitioning to Git! Don't have the best benefits, but we're still taken care of.

Company seemed promising but looks are deceiving.

After getting hired on it didn't take long to find out the company was headed for bankruptsy. Projects I worked quickly went over budget quickly as they hadnt even been scoped, just a flat rate to the customer which was way off the mark. After a matter of weeks my self and several others were laid off because they couldn't afford to pay anyone, leaving one or two employees. The company seemed promising but fell apart quickly. Guess I should have known when the boss who is also a developer shows up to work after lunch everyday. No pto or holiday pay. Avoid working here.
