      They match the current perks and salary in the tech industry. A unique problem to solve in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Top to middle management is filled with people who do not know how to do their job -- yes, some of the tech team is brilliant but their business model and language in contracts to CSAT scores are either deliberately vague or just manipulate.

      Pros

      Very generous with benefits, many opportunities to grow technically and to learn more about EdTech. Excellent work-life balance outside of busy season. Busy season still allows for a decent work-life balance.

      Still operating like a startup, despite no longer being out of the startup phase.
