ABSOLUTELY NONE ! ! ! ! Don't join the team, even if you do join new employees leave within a month or two, except 4 ISEs who are a bunch of little kids fed by their Team leads.
Cons
Biased Work Culture - Only permanent employees get the perks of getting special leads because apparently they didn't have any better ambition or scope to do something better in their life (3 of them who claim to be the top performers in the Sales team). No sense of decorum in the office. An employee who is married and has kids has no sense of discipline, is often found to be involved in vulgar conversations during the working hours in front of female employees. The Head of Sales is an abusive person who doesn't care about their employee's well-being. Constantly demeans and insults people when the employees miss on their targets. The Higher Management doesn't care at all, just comes in office to ask about the revenue and nothing else. The HR has no power/authority to do anything. So you can't expect nothing from them, if you do raise a voice then all they would do is find a way to cut 1/3rd of your base salary and extending the date of payment.
