There are numerous opportunities for learning, whether it's through workshops, conferences, or even just the daily interactions with highly skilled colleagues. The management is supportive and encourages a healthy work-life balance, making it an ideal environment for both personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      This is not really a disadvantage of the company, but, being a start-up, I would suggest more care in the system to avoid the possible bugs that sometimes occur.
