Pros

- if you like the people you work with, then its an ok place to work. - willing to train you if you lack experience - its not a huge business so its not difficult to contact management if needed

Cons

- if you get hired as a tech, expect to work as a salesman. You get a monthly goal that you have to set and if you don't hit that goal, they are pretty cut throat about making sure you know how they feel about it - compensation program that doesnt offer much incentive for techs and just turns them against each other to fight for jobs - theres constant monitoring from upper management. expect your manager or your district manager to constantly breathe down your neck all the time. - they dont care if the customer gets ripped off. as long as you make money, thats all that matters.

Pros

ClickAway was one of the best jobs I have ever had. I absolutely loved it. I learned so much from my time here as it was like running a franchise or running your own business at times. Rick Sutherland is the best CEO and hands down one of the most genuine and down to earth people you will ever meet in such a position. The guy would do anything he could to help you succeed. Other reviews here do not do this place justice at all. Many fake and false reviews are from disgruntled Victra/ A Wireless employees that came over to ClickAway thinking they can check their Instagram all day and make money in the sales and repair business. In sales and service you have to build your clientele and always coming up with ways to get people in the door. Many of these people stole money and phones and were upset when they were caught and let go Everyone that worked here knew that they could ask Rick for what ever they needed to succeed within reason, and he would make it happen. Rick wrote personal birthday cards to his employees. Not copy and paste stuff, real sentiment. He would call you on your yearly work anniversary and give advice and just check up with you personally. I still have my first card. I never felt more valued as an employee in my life.

Cons

None. Best job ever and I will miss it forever. I loved every thing about the awesome free environment while working here. It prepared me immensely for my current role.
