Pros
- Good Career Options Internally - Ability to drive change and be rewarded for it - Can be fully remote which is awesome - The Product is genuinely very good and sells itself most of the time - If you are in Office in San Diego it's great flexibility, free meals and a really great gym access - Senior Leadership is really strong. I like Gaurav leading the business instead of Tommy
Cons
- PTO Policy is very bad. It's not Unlimited and it's not Accrued. It's somehow worse, it's vague and limited and is never ever explained in writing. Easily the worst I have ever seen in my career. - ClickUp's Sales team at least is almost exclusively white men and heavily favors white men in leadership. Culture used to be more rah rah - bro culture. DEI is basically a joke. - Feedback is constantly encouraged but rarely acted upon. The HR team has very little power since they don't have a leader anymore. - Base Pay is mediocre, every single major competitor we have pays more.
