-Requires to work independently although you dont know anything -Lack real support when needed and they will lash out to you when you make mistakes

I dont know if there is any pros here tbh. Sometimes you got free meals especially Jumaat. I think thats it? Not much works and you could say too many free time. Usually when salesperson needs thumbnails for Shopee or there is promotion at the stores. But you have to handle not only design, you need to do website maintenance and digital marketing.

Managements sucks. The head of accountant acts like boss. A lot of drama during my time working there. The pay is so damn low and during the IV, they will try to get give you even more low salary. The main races here is Bangladeshi.
