Pros

There were very few pros to working at CSI. As a collector, you may have earned bonuses or added time off, but anyone else didn't get this luxury. The one thing is that the pay is fairly decent.

Cons

There are too many to list. The company does sweeping layoffs on a regular basis. They offer little to no continued training to help their employees be successful. Their attendance policy is absurd. It is impossible to expect that working parents won't come across missed days due to sick children. While the bonus opportunities are there for collection staff, it is only there for people on collectable profiles. The management team makes knee jerk decisions and often times treat the collectors as second class citizens.

The immediate team you work with is amazing - thats it

Cons

Everything. No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.
