Pros

I can't seem to think of anything positive about my experience at Clientservices. My only positive experience with Clientservices was the lady I talked to schedule my interview she was very friendly and informative.

Cons

They lie to you about everything from when you should expect a bonus, to business needs and last but not least if your actually laid off or your employment was terminated. HR was very rude and had no compassion but why should they! They still have a job! Oh and they tell go ahead and file unemployment but when you do....DENIED! Really why tell us to file and then you deny it. LIES, LIES and MORE LIES. How can such reputable banks do business with such a untrustworthy company.

The immediate team you work with is amazing - thats it

Cons

Everything. No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.
