Business outlook
Pros
Solid company culture along with benefits and growth plan. CSA invests in their employees and is working to put a new spin on the government contracting realm. Strong work hard-play hard mentality, there's always events to attend and join.
Cons
In order to keep rates low and stay competitive with the market, CSA does tend to offer a lower compensation package than competitors. There's some growing pains as we grow into a large business but that's everywhere!
