Pros
The team is nice and you can learn a lot. The company is very pleasant to work for - hr and management are very supportive of you.
Cons
Workload can feel unbalanced across different practice areas, and despite working in a more demanding area, you don't receive any additional pay. It is difficult to progress to a training contract as there is more of an expectation on you since you have access to the firm's resources - it feels like you are held to a higher standard.
