Pros
I've been with CFB for several years now and I've never worked anywhere like it. Expectations are high but so are organizational transparency, integrity and walking the walk. I have never worked anywhere where opportunities are available as much as in this place and if you work hard the possibilities are truly endless. People genuinely like working here, there is low turnover and leadership walks the walk. Sure, there are growing pains, but you can tell that everybody really wants to make this something great, for the mission and the people. Everybody can partake, all voices matter and hierarchies are low. Anybody who is not afraid of hard work and wants real growth opportunities in a place with integrity and purpose will find a stable home here.
Cons
It's a young bank. Structure is still being build and it's an all hands on deck mentality. Not a con necessarily but something to be aware of. The culture is one of high performance/ expectations with high rewards. It's not for everyone, but for the folks that stick will appreciate being part of something bigger and being able to put their mark on a young organization.
