Pros
The people are amazing to work with. You are surrounded by sustainability-minded folks who care about each other and the planet. The work-life balance is great, and overall the company appears to have a good trajectory.
Cons
Management does not listen to the concerns of employees, and this cumulated in a massive layoff at the beginning of 2023. Things have not been the same since. Strategy is CONSTANTLY changing, which is difficult to convey when you are client facing and have to continue switching things up on paying customers.
