Pros
I began working at CBA as a Direct Support Professional, DSP, in 2015 while pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. While completing my coursework, CBA provided me with free supervision, so I could obtain the 1500 hours of supervision required by the BACB to sit for the BCBA exam after graduation. The supervision CBA provides is the BEST that anyone could ever offer, and many individuals would pay top dollar to receive. I not only received amazing supervision, I was also able to apply what I was learning during graduate school and during supervision while working as a DSP. After graduating graduate school, CBA offered me a position as a Behavior Support Specialist, along with continued supervision. During the past 3 years, CBA has provided me with so many amazing opportunities that have given me the skill sets needed to provide ABA services in a variety of settings (the community, in-home, clinics, and schools) and has taught me how to collaborate with caregivers and other fields of practice, which is essential when providing ABA services. CBA is an extremely compassionate company and always puts their clients and employees needs as top priority. CBA continues to provide me with support and assistance by working diligently, using a team approach, to better serve the community. CBA is rapidly growing as a provider/company and truly strives for the best. I am proud to work for such an amazing company.
