Pros
-I had the best experience working with Kelly Shermenti who did an incredible job guiding her team, and was incredibly knowledgable about the product, healthcare in general, and what it took to be successful. -Working in customer support I met great people I still keep in contact with -Experience working in a fast paced environment
Cons
The worst work-life balance you can ever imagine. They install Spyware (Workpuls) on your personal computer (because they don t give you any tech) and watch your every move while you work - taking screenshots of your desktop. Management is awful. There are a ton of yes-men who know virtually nothing about healthcare and don't actually care for the users or the people they manage. You will work through your lunches, overtime, etc. and never get any credit. There is absolutely no onboarding for most roles and you will be thrown to the wolves on day one and judged as if you were taught. Feedback is public at this company from manager to employee. You will get no warning of feedback, but just given it on a public forum visible to your manager and everyone above them. This in my experience was the most passive aggressive way to give "feedback" to people. They laid off hundreds of people via an email one evening with no warning. Incredibly unprofessional place. Oh yeah, there are no holidays at Clipboard. You have to call off Christmas/Thanksgiving etc...seriously. They say its unlimited PTO, but we all know what that really means. Be careful about taking sick days, you might get feedback for that...
