      Great people full of passion and an ideal ocation for me ( Indianapolis). Enjoy

      i have seen a huge change in my workplace in the last few years. More and more departments work in silos. I have even noticed that more and more doors are closed ( so they can`t be bothered??). HR people are nice but have no power at all and just go with the flow. I saw recently colleagues get "cut' for very questionable reasons in my opinion and HR did not even try to mediate....

      Pros

      Whether you are looking for a entry level position to more senior positions, this company is a great start. While their core values are critical its important to note in a company like this is critical to understand work ethic is key.

      Cons

      Do what you are supposed to do and you should not have issues. Fully live by be there right time / right uniform and doing the right thing and you cannot go wrong.
