      Smart and dedicated people in mid management

      Cons

      It is the every "man-woman for themselves" attitude. My department was run by a person who had zero people skills and sincerely enjoyed emotional bullying . When I did do an emotional burn out nobody in upper management even tried to give me a helping hand. I left in terrible shape but thanks to wife and children and a new job with normal people I got past it.

      Pros

      Whether you are looking for a entry level position to more senior positions, this company is a great start. While their core values are critical its important to note in a company like this is critical to understand work ethic is key.

      Cons

      Do what you are supposed to do and you should not have issues. Fully live by be there right time / right uniform and doing the right thing and you cannot go wrong.
