Pros

The people for the most part were nice and good to work with. The benefits were good with reimbursements for medical insurance since they did not provide any medical for US employees.

Cons

I do not recommend working sales for them. They really had no idea what they were doing or how to sell. I wasn't the only one that felt this way as I had a colleague who was in medical device sales for 20 years who also shared my opinion as well as my director of sales who quit because of the way our COO talked to everyone, pretty rude and talked down to just about everyone. Our sales efforts were certainly not supported and I felt like everything being done was to appease board members and investors into thinking what we were doing was somehow working. We were also constantly payed late, sometimes a week late or longer, and often times the incorrect amount due to being charged for wire fees, which was made up for on the next pay day. It seemed like a start up that has been running for years.

Pros

Remote work was certainly an advantage

Cons

Working at this company is an exercise in frustration and disillusionment. The leadership's mismanagement of employees is nothing short of astounding, creating an atmosphere of chaos and disarray that suffocates productivity. The utter lack of communication between departments is like a stifling fog, making even the simplest tasks feel like Sisyphean challenges. The management, predominantly composed of white men, seems to view diversity as nothing more than a cosmetic enhancement, hiring visible minorities solely for optics to appease shareholders. But beneath this veneer of inclusivity lies an alarming truth - they have no qualms about laying off these employees at a moment's notice, treating their livelihoods as expendable pawns in their grand charade. The recent massive reduction in force was a circus of incompetence, with the most recent hires bearing the brunt of the recklessness. It's as if they held a contest to determine who could execute a layoff in the most catastrophic way possible. Make sure to review their stock prices, which is a bleak narrative of plummeting figures, telling a story of unrelenting decline and investor disillusionment. And the company's product pipeline, or lack thereof, is a bleak, barren wasteland. Beyond a single, seemingly irrelevant app, there's no innovation, no vision, and no hope. Joining this company is akin to stepping onto a sinking ship, and if you're seeking job security or professional growth, you might as well be signing up for a game of employment roulette where your chances of being handed the pink slip within a couple of months are remarkably high. In short, working here is a masterclass in how not to run a company.
