      Pros

      The salary is competitive if you know how to arm twist. You will be exposed to alot of new technologies as they have a diverse client base

      Cons

      Sr. MGMT treats employees like garbage, no OT pay if you're on salary (even if you work absurd amounts of hours), zero work-life balance if you have any level of responsibility, when I was working here we had the entire team work 16 hours straight for an emergency and the only thank you we got was pizza. We went through 5 managers in a year. There is only one management position. Let that sink in.

      Salaried employees are paid bonuses or provided with time off in lieu and it is completely up to them which they choose to take. Cloud9 has only had 3 operations managers so this comment is false. Many employees have been with us for many years and we are certain many will disagree with this review.

      Lots to learn if you are new.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, Will fire you for not good reason at the drop of the hat. One week you are doing great, The next week, they move on. ZERO job security unless you are part of their club. All the 'benefits' and time off they give are the absolute minimum they can get away with. I'm pretty sure that if the government did not make them give vacation time, they would not let anybody go. Turn over rate is exceptionally high. Pay is barley enough to live on in the lower mainland.
